We used our Rapid Solution Development methodology to help the team plan, prepare and execute the full journey from concept to working application, the TS Navigator. We faciliated workshops in cooperation with the Talent Solutions team to dig deep into the problem set to get as much information as we can upfront. With this information we’ve created Process Flow Diagrams, Wireframes and the ‘First Screen Designs’ to start filling the backlog and start the development cycle. Our senior project managers carefully kept track of the backlog and sprint scopes which resulted in a delivery as planned.
