Together with QVS Consulting we partnered to help SCA with their transformation towards a global future proof community serving organisation. We started to define a Digital Transformation team in order to create a Digital Transformation Roadmap. Part of the roadmap is the business side, a new global operating model for the SCA, the end to end processes such as Subscription to Cash and Procure to Pay and the technology side. We supported the SCA with an RFP process where we selected SAP Business by Design as the back end support system. For the front end processes, the SalesForce platform is considered.

SAP Business by Design is one of the first real cloud based ERP systems that supports SAP business best practices. First go-live is planned for March 2022 whereby the core Financials will be in. Subsequently each end to end process will be implemented in a agile way, starting with Procure to Pay.
