Think specific skills as project management, product development, front-end of back-end development with different tools and platforms. Currently we partner with Google, Microsoft, USoft, Retool and Betty Blocks and for each client and project we determine what technology and tools fit the situation best.
Together we realize appropriate digital solutions for various organisations. We do projects for digital service providers, employment agencies, companies active in the FinTech sector and other service providers. Digital innovation projects where we take on developments ourselves or help organisations on their innovation journey. We are here to make innovation work for you.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for skilled IT professionals that want to work as a Lead Developer. Designing and building applications for customers or helping them to do it by themselves. Together with our product owners and architect, you work in a team to translate the customer's wishes into reality. You are developing yourself and at the same time you are the lead for all developments. You are able to refine, validate, guide and manage a divers team of developers. You also take the lead on all the learning aspects of application development to secure quality and consistency over time.
YOU ARE / YOU HAVE
- HBO thinking and working level, study IT and/or Business
- Minimal 5 years experience in a project-based environment
- Minimal 3 years experience building application components and working collaboratively in innovation teams
- Experience with relational databases (eg MySQL, or Postgres), data warehouses (eg PowerBI), developing integrations (APIs) and functional scripts and workflows (eg SQL scripting, PHP)
- Passion for innovation and creation of new solutions for different use cases and organisations including AI technology
- Interest and/or experience in and with No / Low-code development platforms, such as USoft, Retool, Betty Blocks
- Good communication skills in Dutch and English
- Analytically strong, a proactive mindset and a sparring partner for customers and team members
- Drive to develop beautiful digital solutions together with your team every day
